WE were spending lots of time to complete the Xbox 360 exclusive Ninja Gainden II, so WE didn’t hesitate to order the more expanded Sigma Collector’s Edition for the PlayStation 3, which was only available in HMV stores.
The outer box made out of thin and black paper with the game’s logo and a CE sign on the front. The high quality cover feels nice at a touch, it’s damageable, but durable enough to hold the 80-paged art book, the soundtrack CD and a normal release video game.
A 3-in-1 collector’s edition book contains high quality artworks. On the first pages you can find a comic named The Vampire War, in the middle here is a Mini-Strategy Guide with useful tips, tricks and combat moves, on the last pages there is an art gallery with nice drawings. Other pieces of the package are the soundtrack CD with 31 songs in a special paper cover and an activation code for exclusive costume. The game itself comes as a normal release in a regular box with colorful inside cover and thick user’s manual.
Since this release is available for the normal game’s price it’s highly recommended for every hack’n’slash fan to own a copy.
